1. Shipping Rates & Estimates
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland): £8.99
- Free Delivery: On all orders over £50.
2. Perishable Goods
For fresh fruit and vegetable orders, we use temperature-controlled packaging to ensure quality. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt.
3. Delivery Address & Mistakes
RKB FRUIT & VEG LTD is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Any re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
4. Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
