2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your order is confirmed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

3. Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the UK within 2–3 working days. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If you are not present at delivery, the courier may leave your order in a safe place or attempt redelivery.

5. Your Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to a refund or replacement if goods are:

Not of satisfactory quality
Not as described
Not fit for purpose

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
