Returns & Refunds Policy

At RKB FRUIT & VEG LTD, we stand by the quality of our fresh and exotic produce. However, we understand that issues may arise.

1. Fresh Produce

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, we do not accept returns unless:

• The item is damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from description
• The order was delivered late (beyond 3 working days)

2. Non-Perishable Items

For dried fruits, nuts, and canned goods, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in original packaging.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at office@rkbltd.co.uk with:

• Order number
• Photos of damaged/incorrect items
• Description of the issue

4. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
